Can I order online and pick up in store?
Yes. Choose in-store pickup at checkout and we'll email you when your order is ready, usually within [timeframe]. Bring your order confirmation when you come in.
What if the item I want is out of stock?
Many items can be special-ordered from our suppliers. Send us the product, size and colour and we'll confirm availability and timing.
Do you sell gift cards?

Most sharpenings are done while you wait or shop. At busy times you can drop your skates off and we'll let you know when they're ready.
How often should I sharpen my skates?
A good rule of thumb is every [8–10] hours of ice time, or sooner if your edges start slipping on turns and stops.
Do I need an appointment for a fitting?
No appointment is needed. For a full head-to-toe equipment fitting it helps to call ahead so we can have someone ready for you.
Is there a minimum order for team uniforms?
